Very happy to receive it the following day which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Packaging was excellent, my only concern was despite big arrows pointing upwards stating "this way up", the driver carried the battery upside down. When I mentioned it to the driver (not English) he said he did not notice the arrows. Mmm Overall, very satisfied with the battery and service, yes, I would recommend and already have done to a couple of mechanics. I would certainly use Tayna again without any doubt.10/10 Thank you

My car had been declared SORN since April and the battery fitted had failed, it was completely flat and unchargeable. Once the new battery was fitted I switched on the ignition turned the key and it immediately started. I was quite surprised as I did not expect it to start as quickly as it did.

Battery never got delivered or signed for and Tayna batteries refused to do anything instead I had a chase up eBay and Yodel the courier company to eventually get a refund. I definitely won't be using this company again.
